Designed a proposed customizable dashboard experience for Veritas Technologies ALTA product. Conducted user interviews and testing, developed wireframes and lo-fidelity mockups, and hi-fidelity deliverables in Sketch.

Designed a collaborative music sharing application using the UX design journey, from defining and exploring the problem to storyboarding and journey mapping, iterative prototyping, and usability testing. Produced an interactive hi-fidelity prototype using Adobe XD.

Developed a nutrition label scanning app for individuals with dietary restrictions. Followed the extensive UX design process including background research, user interviews, storyboarding and persona creation, iterative paper and digital prototyping, usability testing, and a hi-fidelity interactive prototype in Figma.

Conducted UX research on the motivations behind waiting in longer-than-average lines while implementing important UX research strategies such as user interviews, coding and thematic analysis, affinity mapping, deliverables modeled off of data (storyboards, personas), survey design, usability testing and logging, and more.
